Transparency Post: My legal problems & Family Update

An update on my recent absence, the current situation with my family, and why I've been a lot less active lately on the platforms.
For the past couple of weeks, I’ve been dealing with a serious legal and personal situation involving my mother and our household. and i was recently served with an emergency protection order following an arrest. According to the paperwork, the state alleges stalking and related offenses tied to Ring doorbell camera notifications and calls made to the police after someone threatened my brother and our home.
From our perspective, this whole process has been deeply contradictory and frustrating. The order restricts her from communicating with me or my brother or possessing a firearm, and her vehicle has been impounded. What makes this particularly confusing is that my brother was the one who originally co-signed her bail, yet the system is simultaneously treating basic reasonable deeds like, protecting family members, and routine communication as violations. Even the legal representative involved has acknowledged how disjointed and contradictory the paperwork and the sequence of events are, especially given that her record has been clean for decades.
Because of all this, our family is currently facing an overwhelming financial strain. We are trying to raise funds to get our truck out of impound and handle ongoing legal and living expenses—we're estimating we need around $12,000 to stabilize everything, and things are tight enough right now that we are rationing food.

Recent Updates: we've retrieved items from the local PD that belonged to my mother along with paying most of the bills and getting the truck out of impound however there's no significant update regarding my mother's well-being as the slightly corrupt Police Department remains heavily adamant about remaining silent & not disclosing details to her sons due to emergency protection orders.
I've noticed people asking questions about my family's situation claiming to hear rumors and acting confused hopefully this sheds light on the subject and please stop asking for updates I'll provide when necessarily possible thank you for understanding.
